Grant by Reginald de Cobham, lord of Steresburgh, to John Robyn and Alice his wife of a tenement and garden in the vill of Edenbregg, late of Henry de Sharden, and 9 acres of land and three crofts called "Palfraysland" in the parish of Edenebregg: a red rose yearly during John's life, and after his death 2s. yearly; [distraint clause] if the rent be in arrears. Dated at Steresburgh on the Friday before the Feast of the Holy Trinity, 5 Richard II.
